Hello everyone! Here are some thoughts I had on recent K-pop news and comebacks!

First off, Jaehyun is set to enlist in the military on November 4th *sigh*. I was a bit surprised that DoJaeJung didn’t have a comeback before his enlistment (and I thought Doyoung might go first, followed by Jungwoo). However, SM has decided that now is the time for Jaehyun to enlist. Many fans are speculating that this could mean we won’t see any more 127 comebacks for a while, as other members who are due for enlistment may follow soon. Of course, Haechan can continue working with Dream, and Mark, who doesn’t need to enlist, can continue his activities with Dream.

In terms of RIIZE, they recently released promo images, and Seunghan still hasn’t returned. I had hoped this comeback would be his chance to re-join, but with his absence, it seems likely that Seunghan won’t be coming back to the group. There are rumours that he may be focusing on university, which might be true. Hopefully, this was his decision, and he’s happier pursuing what’s best for him. He will definitely be missed!

As for Yeonjun’s solo debut with *Ggum*, it was amazing! He gave it his all, especially with that incredible choreography. The positive reception it received makes me hopeful that we’ll see solos from the rest of the group if they’re interested. Among HYBE artists, I’d love to see Heeseung release a solo track. However, with Enhypen’s busy schedule, that might not happen for a while. Still, Yeonjun’s success could inspire similar opportunities for other artists, and I think Heeseung could deliver an amazing vocal and dance performance.

I wanted to give a shoutout to P1Harmony's ''Sad Song''. I still love I See U and Love Countdown by them, they're so good. Keeho is one of my absolute favourite singers in K-pop, so I'm happy that the group are releasing good songs! I highly recommend you listen to Sad Song (It's great for a workout)
I'm already looking forward to their next comeback!

Yeonjun’s solo success, along with recent comebacks from artists like Baekhyun and Taemin, might encourage more labels to give their artists solo opportunities without disrupting group activities. Personally, I’d love to hear a solo track from Keeho—I think it would be incredible!

And quick Video update: I am currently working on the second-to-last part of Mark's Analysis (Please check out my Mark Analysis here: https://youtu.be/q-QgEFER7IE?si=dJuPV... ) - then I will move onto another Idol. I'm thinking of 2 Idols in particular, but I'll let you know soon after!

Hello all - Many of you have asked me about my thoughts regarding the situation with RIIZE's Seunghan, here they are:

1. It seems very odd that photos he took prior to his debut are causing such issues. The fact that SM are taking it so seriously to this extent either means the poster threatened to release/leak more photos into the public OR there are even more damning photos (this is just a theory).

2. Someone once said that when dealing with legal issues (such as a poster threatening to leak photos or a defamation lawsuit, the idol cannot be active during that period - that could also be the case here. We wont know until SM make an official statement.

3. SM are not publicly defending their idol, it has always been their problem. It seems like they didn't quite realise just how popular Seunghan is - every RIIZE post consistently has Seunghan comments. This ''problem'' isn't going away (which I'm glad for as Seunghan should be brought back). My hope is that (yes I know it's different circumstances but - like with Baby Monster's Ahyeon, the fans consistently commented under Baby Monster's posts for Ahyeon's return until YG did bring her back, and so SM will do the same for Seunghan).

4. It doesn't look good, seeing as SM released both Siren, 119 and now Impossible without Seunghan - it seems easier now to simply re-record Get a Guitar, removing Seunghan's vocals. I think it's a big shame, it seems like Seunghan was very popular and had a big fan base. All this has done is cause more incredibly unnecessary controversy for RIIZE because the group itself has SUCH big potential to be MASSIVE! I'm a big fan of RIIZE and I enjoyed Seunghan in it. Unless there are some huge legal controversial pictures or evidence behind closed doors, this all seems very unnecessary on SM's behalf to remove him completely.

5. Perhaps with the success of Lucas's re-debut and redemption, SM sees that they can add Seunghan back into the group without there being any controversy or ill will (although were many people hating on Seunghan to begin with??). My biggest hope is that RIIZE's next comeback will have Seunghan in it and it will be a huge (positive) deal and the group will continue to rise. But honestly, the re-recording of Siren and the release of Impossible without Seunghan is worrying.

BUT WHAT DO YOU THINK??

HHHHHhhhhhheeeeee'ssssss BAAACKKK!!!
- It is undeniable that Lucas is now preparing to make his undeniable return back as a Solo artist. SM Entertainment have confirmed his Solo Twitter account and Instagram page.

Here are my thoughts:

1. He's rumoured to have already filmed his MV in Budapest (I can believe this as you wouldn't post a glamour shot unless the album is complete and he's definitely had the time to do so).

2. Expect his Solo Debut literally in the next few months.

3. Will it be an album or a single release? Or a Single release which ultimately leads to an album?

4. If he does any collaboration TikTok's with the WayV or NCT members that'll be incredible.

5. I've always stated that SM shouldn't have removed him from WayV and that will always be a big mistake on their part- WayV as a 7-member group was perfection. But alas, this is how it is and I support both group/soloist.

6. There is a chance he'll release Jalapeno as a song ft Hendery from WayV

7. Business and PR-wise, it's very interesting that SM dropped this and then covered it with Taeyong's Comeback promotions and NCT Wish's Debut (why Ten, Taeyong, Lucas and NCT Wish are all schedules together was lowkey crazy on SM's part as no one's hardly had time to process and digest this, BUT this could have been SM's strategy i.e. to bombard people with comebacks so antis don't have the time to disrupt Lucas's comeback.

8. He looks really good in the picture and I can't wait for them to release more media. This actually feels a bit surreal.

9. I honestly think he will release a song in English (might be this initial song he comes out with, but let's see).

10. I'm honestly fascinated by SM's PR tactics and to their credit, the way they've re-introduced Lucas has been a ''soft reboot'' which seems to be working. I would love to know what K-Netizens and Chinese fans think, but SM might still be directing him more towards International audiences, it'll become clearer as his social media presence increases.
