Hemant Choudharyâa Kota coaching teacher hung himself in his flat. The cause is, reportedly, untimely termination without any prior notice.
Kota residents, be they students or teachers, are not in a good mental space. Every day, some tragic news comes from there.
With the Kota admissions dropping by ~50% this year, many coaching institutes started cutting and delaying salaries. Later, to cut the losses, they even started firing their faculties.
Without any prior notice!
A teacher is a wonderful influence on the life of a student. They guide and prepare a naive kid to face the world.
But this noble duty is rewarded with insults and humiliation by coaching institutes. They don't appreciate teachers; they see them as a product listing.
And there is no bigger disrespect to a teacher than this.
