Hey! Allow me to introduce myself 💃
To expand on the visual representation, my brain is what I like to call a creative chaos. I'm a multi passionate person who got hit by quarter life crisis just in time unlike many other things in life haha. And I've taken a leap of faith in decisions that are quite life changing to say the least.
My story so far has most things you hear- Starving artist, learn math, get an MBA, quit 9-5, start a business, huge student debt, layoffs; to list a few. Content creation being ever present at all these stages of life, always comes naturally to me is the answer that was right in front of my eyes that my soul searching over last few months have led me to. And here I am, going 'all in' as I figure out the rest 💅
I'm the person who has always been on the go- be it physically or be it exploring from the comfort of my bedroom. Here are few things that I've fallen in love with to get into the rabbit hole and explore:

• Keep the Digital shiny boxes at bay, this is gonna be tough (FOR A WHOLE DAY!!)
• My goals for 2024 includes reading 2 books a month, a day dedicated to the same feels fitting 🤝
• Monthly environment cleaning to start afresh. Rotting in room is a common habit and cleaning the room is essential to encourage movement. Movement is action, action creates motivation.
• Digital hoarding is a thing! Ideally one should take out few minutes at the end of the day to clear out unnecessary pictures, videos, apps, notifications, etc daily. Tried clicking moon a 1000 times but got 1 good picture? Time to delete the other 999 💁♀️
• Bound to have them, building habits is not a linear thing. As a person who hasn't been disciplined her whole life, I'm bound to miss a few days from the task lists. But forgiving your current self as you move towards new is essentials. Remember you are not starting from zero, you're starting from where you left it ✨️

• Next month needs to kick ass and we've build a momentum! Time to track habits, celebrate self and STAY CONSISTENT 😤

Building habits-
Habits are tough, it's just soooo much more easier to just go on in auto pilot than wake up early 🥲 However, I've realized that it is by far the best test of will power and practicing discipline each day that builds habit and I definitely need these to be a thing. Hence it's on my process list for the year!
Reading-
Brain is a muscle and it needs just as much training as the body. I fell into the hell hole of doom scrolling and that felt like my brain is rusty and not functional enough as it should. The difference in quality of life has been evident. And so I'm putting article readings back on the list as I used to before when preparing for MBA entrance exams. It's these 3000 word reading that led me to my personal best and I know it'll do so again!
TED Talks-
What's happening in the world, what are researchers talking about and working on to understand our world - humanity, planet, universe, energy, etc. Exposing ourselves to these beautiful talks can become game changers for us. It's a good diet for the mind!
New skill-
Do I need say more to that!? As a full time freelancer now, relevant and upto date quality skills are what's gonna bring me business. And that's where up-skilling comes into picture personally. However, this holds true for us at each stage of life, be it student life, job, housework, cooking, etc.
Teaching-
Sharing experience starts a dialogue that stimulates the mind to learn more on it and go over again the existing knowledge! Teaching helps one understand the gaps in our own knowledge. Sharing is caring 😛
Tracking-
In order to build some of these habits and skills, it's the regularity of it that changes the game. Hence tracking daily goals, progress is the key. I'll be using pretty Notion boards for mine!
Sleeping-
A healthy sleep schedule brings out the energy we don't realize we have. Personally, I need a good 8-9hrs of undisturbed sleep to be energetic and peaceful and productive. However, with no proper schedule in place, I'm always tired in my waking hours. This is the baby steps I've included in my schedule to get to the better timings.
Adjust and review goals is the key to actively change and mold these schedules to what suits us the best for our best ❤️

1. I did try gratitude practice for a week or so back in 2022. Never really got into the habit of making time for something so miniscule that can impact life positively. Reading back on those "3 things I liked about today" list made me feel good. It was a beautiful reminder about life that I seemed to forget just few days later. When you fill your mind with all the good things that happened, it happens more. Makes you find things to be grateful for, specially on days that wasn't so good, forcing you to think and ponder positivity! And so this year Gratitude practice is something I'm adding to the list ✨️
2. Personally I get very uncomfortable getting my pictures clicked! Can never keep a normal pose or a smiley face. I get all flustered and weird out, hence the lack of good pictures 🫡 Now I wanna become the girly who's slaying and confidently getting an amazing picture for the gram, not wasting away the outfit! So stricking a pose on the confidence building week is a huge thing. Getting ready, out of bed, going to a nice place and getting that picture is on the list 😌
3. Well day 2 is my out of comfort thing 😂 but hey! We gotta push it and do something uncomfortable ATLEAST once a week. The sense of personal accomplishment will bring up our confidence in how we conduct daily. And so yet another important thing on the list to kickstart 2024.
4. I'm a to-do list person- to some extend. However, being a freelancer with all the time dictated by my own discretion is a thing. And I've lived on auto-pilot, no planned days for months now which isn't really helping me at all. So gotta make that to-do list a night before and start checking it off. Sometimes just write things for the sake of checking it off, that not only feels good but also motivated for more things to check off. 😉
5. Get 10k daily step count. Need I say more why? 👀
A light, healthy body oozes ✨️ confidence ✨️
6. Prepare a healthy meal daily. Now that the hostel days are over, and I have the kitchen at hand, why not start with the healthy diet. Healthy diet is 70% the battle to reach optimum health (well it's a guessed no., I didn't pull out any research for this one but it is a thing). Being a foodie, I'm not the one to preach or give up soul food! However, I'm the one to balance it with regular vs happy food 🤌

It's never too late ✨️
• It takes time to write down 100 goals will be an understatement!! However, an essential step so I've learned to bring out the actual goals from heart and not just societal expectations we tend to keep as our 'personal goals'. This aspirational exercise to dig out the core goals did help my procrastinating ass get up and get to work! 🤷♀️
• An audit for the level you're currently at. If we're going to level up in 2024, we definitely need to be aware of the starting point. A reflective exercise to get to the next level 🥂
• Because delulu is the solulu!! Scripting the exact life we want and start visualizing it every night 🤌
• The 100 goals list is our personal religious texts. To tick things off, we gotta start! Prioritizing and picking the top three is the way to go.
• As we go delulu from the minds eye every night before bed, we need visual aid for the morning. And vision board is just that 👌
• Analysis paralysis? No. It's time for action, breaking down the goals, setting schedules, daily habits to incorporate; everything we need to do into THE action plan 😤
