Eleanore & the Lost is the creation of British singer and songwriter, Eleanore, composer of symphonic folk rock music with gothic elements, deep in the beautiful English Surrey Hills.
Compared to Kate Bush, Evanescence and other distinctive artists (perhaps due to Eleanore’s ethereal 4 octave vocal range), the music takes you on a journey from delicate, magical fantasy to epic, dark rock.
Eleanore launched her debut album, ‘Parlour Game’, in November 2009 to rave reviews. In the interim, as well as promoting the first album, Eleanore has composed for three independent films, and was commissioned in 2011 by the international charity The Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF) to compose the theme song for their 50th anniversary. She’s also had airplay and performed on many radio stations including BBC Radio London and BBC Radio Berkshire and has been interviewed by a range of publications. Eleanore is currently working on the production of the last songs from second album, ‘The Gift’.
