Teaching Yoga to be at Service.
I have been seriously practicing and teaching since 2012, 500-RYT, international teacher, I have met amazing teachers who helped me finding my own way of transmiting what I received and love âŠ. I would described my yoga practice and teaching as a continuous changing flow.
Most of the time I teach outside where I find Nature being a real inspiration to pass on the knowledge & the wisdom than is YOGA, as the Union of Body, Mind and Spirit. I am passionate about freedom as well as spiritualityâŠI love everyone to feel more connected to their own needs after my classes; better grounded, feeling strong in their bodys and at the same time light, centered. With lots of humility, I believe the yoga practice can help supporting everyone in discovering their own unique journey in Life.
I currently live in Australia on Thursday Island where Iâm teaching yoga to a vast range of people, from little kids to elderly residents of the island.
