No matter what age, it is never too late to start building strong muscles, joints, and bones.
I have trained personally over 500 individuals in a 1-on-1 setting ranging from ages 10-80, at any shape, size, or gender.
My philosophy is NOTHING RANDOM! Meaning if you don’t have an actual intention and reason you can explain for doing everything you do in the gym from the MINUTE you enter to the SECOND you leave, you’re wasting time and being inefficient, ineffective, and random.
There should be NO B.S. and NOTHING RANDOM in your exercise routine and the fitness realm of your life. If you can’t explain why you’re doing something, it’s pointless.
