The problem is you don’t always have the time to get to a hot yoga studio, or you don't live near a hot yoga studio, or the expense of a membership at a studio just isn't in your budget right now.
From our experience as yoga studio owners, we know what students need in order to learn this life changing yoga, how to keep you motivated and inspired, and what tips and tutorials to include to help you. We also know the value of variety, so we have included High Intensity Interval Training as well as other types of classes.
