What is going on with the YouTube algoyrthm lately?
I have 10.4k subscribers, some of you have been following me over 10 years, and wether you have been here for a long time or have just arrived, i am very grateful that you are here
But why is it that 10 years ago, when i upload a new song, it gets 1000+ views and 15+ comments always, but now in 2025, my newest song upload here (Stage 3 Boss Warm - Holy Inferno | No Need for Flowers OST) only has 168 views and 2 comments, despite me trying my best to promote it both here in the YT community posts, on my social media, AND on my Discord server?
I am really confused, because there used to be much more visible and clear hype and excitement over everything i uploaded 10 years ago, even though i have become way better over the years (and i want you to listen and feel that for yourself as well, i am genuinely curious, because i have worked really hard and put all of my heart and soul into my music always)
Is the YouTube algoyrhm just particularly bad against me at the moment?
I don't understand why
It really annoys me, because i know i have a lot of fans that are looking forward to hearing my music, so why does it feel like every time i upload a new song nowadays, i have to struggle so much to actually get people to listen to it, even when they love my music?
It feels like YouTube is deboosting my videos in the algorythm for some reason, and i don't know why
If anyone knows more about this sort of stuff, please take a look at my videos, the descriptions, the titles, the thumbnails, anything, and tell me what i am doing "wrong" or why YouTube has deboosted me in the algorythm
I /know/ that people are excited about my music, and i really appreciate all my fans
But for some reason, the uploads just aren't reaching you, and i really don't know why
