Today is my birthday!! 38 years on this planet, I’m getting old guys!! Thanks so much to everyone for the bday wishes, I appreciate it! We spent my birthday morning trimming the pig hooves 😂 If you’d like to send me a birthday gift, consider donating to our nonprofit animal sanctuary, “Bellowing Acres”! Which can be done on our website bellowingacres.org/donate Gabby and I have poured our hearts and souls into this endeavor and are so proud of what we’ve built so far, but we have so much farther to go! We have over a hundred resident rescues at the sanctuary now with several new building projects ongoing to save more animals! We greatly appreciate any support on making this dream a reality and helping to save animals! The donations to the nonprofit go 100% to the animals, we have never taken a paycheck from the nonprofit. I will gladly count any donations to the nonprofit as a great bday “gift”, but I always have people asking what they can do specifically for ME to say thank you, which is very sweet and totally unnecessary 😂. But if you want to “buy me a slice of cake” via Venmo and cashapp at GatorChris1 haha I’ll make sure to send some cake the gator’s way too😂😂😂.

Ricky says “will you help cover my medical bills?” Ricky our 1 legged Amazon parrot (and Olaf the cockatoo) are going to the vet tomorrow for annual check up’s and a beak trim! We are going to do full bloodwork, and see how the arthritis in her foot is. We are expecting an $800-$1,000 bill tomorrow for both birds will a full work up. Ricky was attacked by a cat 10 years ago and lost her leg, she has been with us for about 3 years! Want to make sure she stays healthy and want to be able to provide the best care for her. Please consider making a donation through the fundraiser or through our website at bellowingacres.org

Bella and Big Mac say GIMME FOOD OR BECOME THE FOOD!!

Gators and crocs naturally shed their teeth and cycle through several thousand in a lifetime, so their teeth are often nice and white as you see here! Whiteness also depends on water quality staining them.

~~~Our rescue gators are wild caught nuisance gators that would’ve otherwise been destroyed. The state of Florida destroys 8,000 “nuisance” gators annually, but we don’t have a nuisance gators problem but rather a nuisance HUMAN problem. 1k people a day move to FL, unsustainably developing the land, and a lot of ignorant people making a nuisance out of themselves. NEVER feed a wild gator, never have kids or pets near the water, and never swim in gator habitat! And of course, never attempt anything you see in my videos!
Remember guys, we support our sanctuary through social media, so if you’d like to help the animals (for free), please like, leave a positive comment, and share!! We greatly appreciate it and so do the animals!
If you would like to donate to the care of the sanctuary animals, we greatly appreciate any support!! You can make a tax deductible donations directly through our website bellowingacres.org
It is with great sadness that we share that we have made the decision to put Gaston to sleep. Gaston came to us in 2024 with extreme bloating. His condition gained a significant amount of social media attention, and other people started to report other bloated alligators popping up in the state of Florida. Up until now, Gaston was the only one to survive. This is a statewide problem, and we still do not have answers. After two exploratory surgeries, we still cannot figure out what is causing this or treat his condition. He has been okay this entire time with supportive care, but he has started to decline and refuse food, so we think it’s only fair to let him pass in peace and with dignity. His body will be donated for research to hopefully help more alligators in the future.  We want to give a huge thank you to Kim from Swamp Girl Rescue and Dr. Kushnir for helping us for the last year with him.
