NEW CHANNEL ALERT | Well, I'm finally doing it. I'm creating a second channel as a means of exploring and documenting other artists and bands. youtube.com/@Thisisthemakingofmusic And what better way to start than with a Beatles video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlgdF... This video covers John and Paul's infamous 1971 diss tracks 'How Do You Sleep' and 'Too Many People'.
This channel (and my darling Beatles) will remain my #1 priority, and the upload schedule will remain the same. But I would love to hear from you on what bands and stories interest you the most. The first long form video to be posted on the new channel will be covering Nirvana's 'Nevermind'. That will be releasing in a month or so.
As always, thank you all so much for your continued support.

Hi all! I am extremely excited to announce that this upcoming Sunday, I will be releasing Part 1 of my (potentially overambitious) series 'Why The Beatles Broke Up'. This is not just a timeline of The Beatles' final days, but what I hope to be a comprehensive recounting of the band's history together, and specifically, the interpersonal and financial conflicts that would lay the groundwork to their dissolution.
These documentaries will release every two weeks, Sunday at 12 PM (Eastern US Time). As always, I have to plug my Patreon, for any of those freaks who want to help support me. I have already uploaded up to PART 3 on there, and if you want to see them now, you can do so for only $1 a month. www.patreon.com/c/TheMakingoftheBeatles
I appreciate you all so much and I can't wait to share this series with you. I hope you enjoy it. <3

Hi everyone! Just wanted to give a quick update and have a little chat. The next video coming up (on Saturday, July 26th) will be different than the usual fare... It'll be an hour long (personal) ranking of all of The Beatles albums. This is a video that was less time consuming to put together, which is good, because I am researching like a mad man on what will be my SUPER comprehensive and expansive "Why The Beatles Broke Up" series coming later this year. Oh, and it's an opportunity to briefly show my face and beat the AI allegations once and for all lol.
Videos of this kind will be very rare, and afterward, we'll be right back to regularly scheduled programming. WHICH, if you would like to be a THREE whole videos ahead, all the way up until the filming of A Hard Day's Night, you can do so by joining my Patreon for only $1. www.patreon.com/c/TheMakingoftheBeatles
Sorry, have to occasionally plug my Patreon ;) It's a wonderful way to support me if you want to do so! But obviously, just having you all continue to tune and share your thoughts means the world to me. Thank you all so much!

QUICK UPDATE: The final Sgt. Pepper video is going to be a bit of a beast, so expect that two weeks from today, sorry to break from my biweekly upload schedule </3 In the meantime, once a month, I will be releasing a full/super cut of the album documentaries I have already made. This will just be a way for you to consume the documentaries in one video rather than multiple (especially since I've heard that it can be somewhat confusing, organizationally at least, to move from one video to another). This will begin with Abbey Road, tomorrow! And like I said last post, after Pepper, I will be venturing into some EARLY Beatles for a good while. Because polls are fun, which bit of earlier Beatles lore are you most excited for?

Hi everybody!! Just wanted to do a little catch up/talk about my future plans. First off, I could not be any more grateful about the response I receive from you all on a consistent basis. It really means so much to me to be able to share my love of The Beatles with you all and hopefully (eventually) create one of the more comprehensive recounting of the band's history ANYWHERE.
Secondly... The Making of Sgt. Pepper part 3 is finished, and if you want to watch it a week early, you can find it on my Patreon: patreon.com/TheMakingoftheBeatles It's only $1 to join and it really is such an enormous help, and goes a long way to allowing me to continue to keep making these videos at the rate I do.
Which, by the way, Sgt. Pepper is going to be a 4 parter. Yeesh! So much good stuff to cover. But following that, I am going to pick up from my Beatles in Hamburg video, and move in chronological order from there. And, as I'm sure you know, I'll continue to cover everything. Not just the recording sessions, but the tours, the movies, the RUMOURS, all the oddball stuff I love to dig up.
Thank you all again so much<3

Want to watch the next video right now? For just $1 on Patreon you can! www.patreon.com/c/TheMakingoftheBeatles I promise this will be the only ad for a long while. I am making the jump to full-time (wish me luck) and this is one way you can really help support me if you're enjoying the videos. I so look forward to all of your wonderful comments and it's a pleasure to get to interact with some fellow Beatle freaks.
And if you're really crazy, for $2 you can also watch something I'm calling 'New vs. Old Beatles fan' where my girlfriend and I discuss and review each album one by one. It's casual, and fun!!
Thank you guys!!!
