You ever think about what it would be like to have a conversation with yourself…
…from the FUTURE?
Would they thank you?
Kick you in the shins and scream at you for not dropping out of 3rd grade to start investing in real estate?
Maybe warn you about an impending alien invasion, dinosaurs being resurrected, or worse… flying pigs?
Your guess is as good as mine.
But one thing is certain…
If you feel deep down that there are:
Goals you want to achieve
A career you’d love to give a go at
Someone you want to be with
A level of fitness that would change your life
Somewhere you’re longing to travel
A type of person you know you could become
…and you DON’T take action…
…You ignore it…
…You shove that feeling in a shoe box under your bed…
Future you…. Is NOT going to be happy.
They see the infinite potential literally sitting on a silver platter in front of you…
But they know the only thing holding you back from taking it, living it, becoming it…
Is YOU.
Your doubts.
Your fears.
Your distractions.
And you know what?
It doesn’t have to be that way.
You don’t have to be a passenger in life anymore if you don’t want to.
All it takes is one decision, and you can choose to be the Master of Your Fate.
You can become…

NO! Super Weird! In the same day I had 2 experiences that were connected but on opposite ends of the spectrum....FIRST STORE - I am leaving the store and they are checking my reciept...come to find out..they double charged me on a particular item...super cool that they had a system to CATCH the mistake...they quickly made the adjustment and refunded me the double billed item. Saved me some cash, thank you store system for double checking your work. SAME DAY...SECOND STORE....I arrive to my car with a grocery cart with groceries....I unload...I look down...NO! I have a whole case of jelly sitting under the cart...you know..that rack under the cart space...AND I found 2 other items under some of my produce that also had been missed...MISTAKE MISSED...so I turn around head back in and go through the line again to pay for the items that were MISSED.
FIRST STORE: Saved me time and money because they had a system to catch the Mistake.
SECOND STORE: Cost me more time to go back and fix the missed items, sure it was my mistake and they didn't have another system to catch the mistake. And if I wasn't honest I could of drove away with items I didn't pay for and they would of lost money.
Caused me to GUT CHECK myself because I work with people in making big changes in their life...??? am I the type of Life Coach that can catch the mistakes or what's missing in a person life that will make THE DIFFERENCE?
Even after being a coach for 18 years, I can see where I can upgrade what I do. Always learning...always upgrading.
Tomorrow night, Thursday, my webinar is all about stepping up and being a better Coach. What to do....what NOT to do. I am sharing where I failed this year...and where I succeeded....lots of lessons learned in 2023. You might as well learn from my mistakes so you don't have to do them, too.
CRAZY thing is, during the webinar I will be giving away scholarships to my life changing Coach Fast Track program. Every year I SHOCK someone with this scholarship, I love it, it might as well be you that wins it. Full Paid Scholarship to this program that will UPGRADE your coaching skills.

What if we had one of these for our mind/body/soul? It would be interesting to see which fuse gets "tripped" the most. It would probably be easier to "reset" it. Sometimes it is tough to reset the emotional circuit...or the confidence circuit or even the motivation circuit. We all know that when the circuit breaker gets 'tripped" then there is a loss of power. Lose power = low power. No wonder there are those moments that we can just feel "down".

Just like this picture of the breaker box....it is good to look at our life in sections. If we try to look at it all like it is all one big thing it would be super frustrating because we would not be able to find the source of the "disconnect"

When I have a moment that "trips" my breaker, I can write out the different areas of my life in sections on the paper, kinda like a breaker box...and I can ask myself "where did my circuit breaker get tripped?" Super helpful to narrow in on the source of my problem so I can directly work on the exact problem. Saves sooooooooooo much time and effort.
Then I journal. I write down my thoughts and feelings about that area of my life....journaling helps open my mind and heart to show me what got rattled enough to trip my circuit breaker.
Just because you have a "tripped" circuit doesn't mean your life is over....it can be RESET. What ever overloaded you to trip that circuit can be dealt with and relieved. You can learn these kinds of skills to better your life. Life Skills are cool to have. Most people don't have Life Skills to turn to when times get rough or difficult. Super frustrating to feel stuck in those types of messes.

Wanna learn how to coach so you can help people with these kinds of struggles? Every week I share my 2 decades of coaching experience in 2 mins, all free here: 3ke.to/HowToCoach

New businesses are BOOMING post pandemic. Not only are millions of entrepreneurs going for it - the US Census Bureau says more of them than ever are actually HIGHLY likely to succeed.

How do you ride this wave? Especially if you're an empath?

As a highly intuitive individual, you have both unfair advantages, as well as unique struggles when it comes to business.

So this Friday morning I'm doing a free training: The Rollercoaster Ride of an Entrepreneurial Empath.

You'll learn what type of business you're best fit for as an empath, how to get started, and how to live your life mission helping others (and making a living doing it).

Register now free and I'll see you on Friday morning! 3ke.to/ThrivingEmpaths

It doesn't take much to spot an unskilled coach.
Why?
Cause I used to be one...

The discreetly terrified look in your eye at what your client might ask next, and afraid you won't know what to say.
The genuine desire to help, but the innocent ignorance at truly just not knowing the best techniques for your clients to get the results they want.

Or a feeling that you're saying and teaching all the right things, but it must be your client's fault that they're not making progress... they just "don't understand how important this is". That's why they're not taking their action steps.

It hurts inside when I see new coaches with good hearts getting subpar results for themselves and their clients.
So I'm here to help, and it's 100% free.

All ya gotta do is register for my free training tomorrow, "3 Ways to Help Your Clients Breakthrough":
3keyelements.com/yt-3-ways-to-help-your-clients-br…

You'll walk away with real, actionable techniques to use with your coaching clients (or yourself!)
The exact techniques that helped thousands of my clients around the world to do things like reach their goal weight, start their business, save their marriage, build their dream home, put their life and home in order, go on their dream vacation, get their ideal job, strengthen their family, come closer to God, forgive their enemies, and serve others.

Who doesn't want that?

Register, and I'll see you tomorrow 🙂

Wanna have your cake and eat it too?

Money's tight for a lot of people right now, but that doesn't mean you can't move forward in becoming coach and growing your business.

The fear of "is it gonna work out? Will I actually make money?" can be cushioned by keeping your day job and starting coaching on the side.

What would you do with an extra $300, $500, or even $1,000 per month in your spare time?

Way cooler than the money, how would it feel to finally follow that gut feeling you have that you're meant to help people and share your message. What if you finally went for it?

How big of a mental and emotional relief would that be to know you're finally making progress on it?

Tomorrow I'm sharing exactly how you can make $1,000/month as a coach (while keeping your day job), and you can register free here: 3keyelements.com/fb-ig-4-steps-to-your-first-or-ne…

Share the link with someone who'd appreciate it, and I'll see you there :)

8 reasons NOT to start a coaching business:

1. What do you do when they ask a question you don’t know the answer to?
2. How do you help clients take action when they don’t believe in themself?
3. How do you grapple with imposter syndrome?
4. Are you supposed to help everyone, or only certain types of people?
5. Do you tell your client exactly what to do, or let them come to their own conclusions?
6. Why does it seem like I’m doing everything right but not making money?
7. What do you do when your client hits a wall?
8. How do you stay motivated as a coach?

SO…It’s easy to find reasons not to do something, but what’s your reason TO do it?
THAT’S the most important question to answer.

P.S. I actually answered every single one of those 8 questions for free in my weekly newsletter, How To Coach.
