I just bought a car and the monthly payments are less than the price of an A1 Mini. What kind of bizarro world are we living in where these toys cost more than things that are actually important in our daily lives?
This has made me realize that 3D printing is one of the most financially irresponsible hobbies to get into. Time to rethink personal finance.

Wait, Haas is seeing a decrease in demand for machine tools. I thought tariffs were supposed to bring back US manufacturing?
For those who don’t know, Haas is one of the major producers of USA assembled CNC milling machines.
Shouldn’t they be getting more orders from all of the American factories that are opening up to bring manufacturing back to the states?

If CHINESE companies started opening factories in the USA, would that be a positive outcome of the tariffs?
These would be operated by CHINESE companies like Creality, BYD, DJI, Bambu Lab, Xiaomi, Anker, etc.
Japan made a similar move into USA manufacturing in the 80s, and we now have a decent number of US manufacturing jobs that are provided by Japanese companies.
