On the 5th of May, I placed an order for a Voltas Beko 360-litre fridge on Flipkart. I took advantage of an SBI credit card offer that provided an instant discount of 6,000 rupees, and I also utilized an exchange offer for my old fridge, receiving a value of 4,350 rupees. Consequently, I purchased a refrigerator priced at 28,000 rupees for approximately 18,640 rupees, which was a significant discount.




The trouble began when the delivery was delayed. Despite receiving a delivery date for the 7th of May, I received a message on the 6th stating that my order had reached the nearest godown in Bhiwandi. On the 7th, I received a message assuring delivery before 8 pm, but no one contacted me or showed up. After numerous attempts to contact the delivery person, he finally informed me that he couldn't make it and promised to deliver the next day. However, this pattern repeated on the 8th of May, with excuses ranging from a lack of space in his tempo to being on the wrong route.



Frustrated, I contacted Flipkart support, who apologized for the delay and assured me of delivery by the 12th of May. However, despite this assurance, the same issues persisted, and I was informed that my order had been canceled without my consent. To make matters worse, Flipkart conveniently canceled the order after their sales closed on the 9th of May, effectively preventing me from benefiting from the discounts.



Throughout this ordeal, Flipkart not only failed to deliver the product but also caused mental distress. They initiated a refund without my consent and canceled the order, citing logistic issues and location problems as excuses. This entire experience has been devastating and mentally exhausting.



I demand that appropriate action be taken against Flipkart for their mismanagement and unfair treatment. They strategically manipulated the situation, resulting in considerable inconvenience for me.
