Hello! I'm sure you all realize that I am "of a certain age." I have learned the hard way not to ignore medical issues, even if I think I'm going to be fine. Then today, two of my dear viewers reported that they had major medical events in their lives. It made me realize - sometimes "keeping on doing" means STOP and take care of yourself. Be good to yourselves, my dears, and pay attention to the warning signs your bodies might be giving you. And if you have burning pains in your leg, consider heading to the doctor - it might be a blood clot that could stop you from doing forever. Be well, and keep on doing - whatever that means for you right now. <3
