The CHURCH OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IN THE WORLD - The Tokoists were reminded on 25 July 1949 following the fall and effusion of the Holy Spirit in Africa, as a result of a prayer made to God by His Prophet Simão Gonçalves Toko, during the work of the Protestant International Missionary Conference, held from 15 to 21 July 1946 in Kalina, former Leopoldville, the capital of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
COLJCW - The Tokoists is a universal, non-profit-making, nonpartisan, consisting of faithful, irrespective of race, gender, ethnic origin, nationality, place of birth or socio-economic condition.
COLJCW has administrative, financial, legal and property autonomy. The religious institution is called the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the World, hereinafter referred to as COLJCW - The Tokoists. đ
