Today, we're diving into a new SQL challenge. Given the dataset below, your task is to calculate the year-over-year (YoY) sales growth percentage for each employee. Use a window function to compare the sales of the current year with the previous year.

The market is slow, jobs are drying up and unfortunately a lot of students graduating this year won't find a job ( At Least not right away)
. With a passion for empowering young people to achieve their dreams I plan to do my part by assisting 3 students find their 1st job.
I am offering a free 100 days data analyst program to 3 chosen students whom I will personally teach on a weekday basis.

3. Business Analysis Projects of 3 Different Domains.
4. Data Extraction and Transformation using an ETL tool
5. Data Visualization using PowerBI
6. Version Management using GIT
The course will be challenging, but highly rewarding, consisting of 100 practice exercises, all of which will have to be completed on the same day of assignment.
Also six marathon coding sessions of eight hours each will be conducted in the program.
Dedication and commitment are essential for success in this program, and students will be expected to devote eight hours each day for the next 100 days to completing the course.
