Interfaith Community Services was founded in 1982 by a handful of diverse faith communities to address the needs of low-income, homeless, and under-served people in North San Diego County.
Our mission is to implement comprehensive programs to provide basic needs, social services, counseling, and economic development to empower the disadvantaged in our community.
Our major program areas include: food and basic needs, shelters and housing, family and social services, employment services, children and youth programs, senior services, veterans assistance, addiction recovery, and community connections.
Interfaith offers programs throughout North San Diego County. With the help of 314 member faith congregations, hundreds of volunteers, and dedicated supporters, Interfaith served more than 25,200 people in need last year alone.
