I love to move and meditate. I am passionate about health and wellness. I am a certified yoga teacher through Holy Yoga with specialties in trauma sensitive yoga, yin yoga, prenatal, and postnatal yoga as well as being trained and certified in mindfulness and meditation. I am also a certified Tai ji Quan instructor and Mental Health and Wellness Coach, a doula, breastfeeding consultant and trained assistant midwife.
