Darkside of buying Gaming phones . My Rog Phone 5 just died after 11 months of usage , apparently some cloud gaming was too much for it to handle -_- Parts are not readily available so it'll take a month for the repairing process . Expensive phones offer such poor value for money when it comes to gaming . In 2022 , Steam Deck just destroys these expensive Gaming Phones . #asus

It's getting difficult for me to recommend high end phones for gaming considering the increasing prices and heavy thermal throttling with every new generation , these high end phones can't sustain high performance for more than 10-15 minutes during Summer seasons here in India [worst of them throttle within 5 minutes] . IQOO 9 Pro will be India's first Phone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 , priced at around 65000 INR / 863 USD . As expected , it's also prone to throttling based on the tests done by GSM Arena . Average performance came out to be similar to the previous gen , if a device is throttling this much during a lab test , expect heavy throttling during Indian summers when running demanding games like Genshin Impact and Alien Isolation , the gaming situation has become so bad for high end phones that now for the price of IQOO 9 pro you can buy a gaming laptop with i5 6 Core CPU , an RTX 3050 and 144 HZ Display with fully upgradeable RAM and Storage Slots -_-

A New PS2 Android Emulator is coming soon . As of now , it is in closed testing phase (I don't have it) . It will be FREE , can run games like GTA 3 & Final Fantasy X perfectly fine on a Snapdragon 845 . We may get a beta version by the end of this year . A few gameplay videos are available and they look too good to be true .
Personal take on PS2 Android Emulators : Play ! & Damon PS2 are two other android PS2 emulators available , as of now Play ! is too slow but getting better with updates (please support it if possible) whereas Damon PS2 still uses a lot of speed hacks / pro version is paid / free version is full of ads / has questionable permission requests / allegedly using stolen PCSX2 code .

God Of War 2018 coming to PC in January (14th) 2022 . Price : 3299 INR / 49,99 USD . Personally , not impressed by the pricing considering the PS4 version is often available at one-fifth of its price . No regional pricing in India , Horizon Zero Dawn was launched at one-third of its price in India . Still good to see more PS exclusives coming to Windows platform . #godofwar #godofwarpc
