Hey, Iām Casey-Michelle! A young woman originally born in an uninspiring small town in New Jersey that is now based out of Atlanta, Georgia as a professional breathwork facilitator.
Breath literally translates to Spirit (Google it, I dare you!) and once I felt this connection it was undeniable. I began to really value the statement that less is actually so much more. By removing layers of attachments to false identities, releasing physical and emotional weight, and giving up everything ā I really received everything.
I feel the most connected to my truest self than I ever have in my life and I want others to experience this freedom as well. The less breaths, the more presence!
