✍️When are you writing?
I've been writing late at night.
✍️Where are you writing?
It depends! I've been writing at work (I work night shift at a nursing home) but when I'm home I tend to write in bed. Then get distracted. 🫠 I really need to get my office set up.
✍️What genre are you writing?
I write YA contemporary romance. 💕
✍️What word processor do you use?
I use Microsoft for my own writing and Google Docs for ghostwriting.
✍️What's your drink choice?
Either milk, Dr. Pepper or a smoothie. I've also been drinking water.
✍️Are you a plotter, pantser or discovery writer?
I typically know what's going to happen but will also add anything that randomly comes to me as well.
✍️What writing skills are you working on?
I'm working on showing not telling. I've been removing a lot of words and scenes that don't do The Last Time justice.
✍️Do you have a prewriting routine?
I don't right now.
✍️Who are your writing inspirations?
Stephenie Meyer (@ficklefishfilms), Richelle Mead (@reallyrichelle) and @alyson_noel inspired me to write years ago. 🥰

Goodbye, 2022! 👋 What's something you did this year?
This past year wasn't as stressful as 2021. And it's been full of opportunities. 🙌
One of my poems was published in Collecting Dust. 🥰
My sister-in-law and I did pictures for a couple holidays at Runkles Cafe. We also did a prom photoshoot, and we took wedding pictures! 🥳
We went to Branson in April and had a blast.
My husband and I celebrated our five year dating anniversary by going to Eureka Springs. ❤️
I gained another sister-in-law and became an aunt. ✨
We welcomed our cat, Hunter, into our family. 🐾
And we bought a house. 🥰
But I also had to say goodbye to my last great grandparent I had alive. And we lost a couple other family members.
I can't wait to see what next year brings. 🧡
