Now it someone else own it completely or mention it before SEGA doing like Nintendo protect their IP.

"Welp" it seems like that no surprise for this result, but totally call it. SEGA is protecting their IP on selected Classic Music (Mega Drive/Genesis) & most of Modern Vocal Songs (Page 1 of 2) so there're doing like Nintendo "sort-off" by Content Owners, also Vocal version of Escape from the city will be replace with the prototype version to avoid copyright content

It seem like SEGA are doing like Nintendo, however with major differences
While Nintendo IP protect everything, SEGA IP Protect only vocal songs (including Dreams come true - Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Track/Ending) that is the result of copyright claims, next time going to add disclaimer for the rightful owner for all Sonic Series Vocal Songs (Modern Sonic, does not apply for Classic Sonic Series - Mega Drive/Genesis, Master System & Game Gear, expect selected tracks from Sonic the Hedgehog 2 - 16bits)
