Vick Vannucci is a private chef born and raised in Argentina, where she played tennis professionally before becoming a fashion designer and model. After switching her designs to be sustainable and fashion-forward, she then began a journey teaching others about the importance of the food we consume, for everything from glowing skin to optimal performance.
With a deep love of indigenous cuisine and a passion for serving food made with love, intention and care for our planet, Vick became Chef /founder and CEO of Pachamama. Vick infuses the bright and complex flavors from Peruvian & Japanese cuisine into healthy, organic food that still tastes vibrant and exciting.
Pachamama is her first concept within the restaurant industry, and she hopes to make the world a better place by serving her community.
