👋🏼 Hello!
We hope you’re all having a great bank holiday weekend 🕺🏼💃
We did something major - we SPENT OUR FIRST NIGHT IN THE VAN! It’s only taken nearly 2 years!
We went away to a campsite in Weymouth on Saturday and had such a great time for our first ever van experience. Yes, we did end up stuck in the mud (twice) and the van isn’t finished, but it felt so nice to be using it and also gave us the chance to figure out what we still needed to get done.
We can’t wait to get back out and use it again!
Van progress update: we’ve been having some trouble with the Truma install, unfortunately. We got it all in and think we can get it to work now but annoyingly Truma lock is after a certain number of attempts so we now have to take it into a specialist. It’s never easy is it 🤪 but nearly there!
Anyway, we will be back soon with a video update and in the meantime, we hope you’re all doing great!

Hi Friends! Merry Christmas Eve!
What a year it has been! We hope you’re having a lovely festive time, and have the best New Year (hopefully we’ll catch up before new year with a new video in the coming week!).

Hi friends 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏻♂️
It has been a little while and we’re so sorry the videos have been so sporadic recently. Life seems to have been busy month after busy month (all of our own doing 😆)
We moved house 3 days after getting covid and quite quickly realised it’s not the right move for us. It has been a bit of a strange, difficult month adjusting and admitting that we may have messed up - we’ve got a video coming out soon which explains a bit more about why this move was all wrong 😩
It has also meant Ray has been on his own in storage while we figure stuff out, but we have recently bought the final piece of the puzzle - the @TrumaUK heater- which means we are gonna get him finished very soon!
Thanks for sticking with us, as always over here nothing ever seems to go as smoothly as we’d like 🙃
We’ll have a new video up in the next week so keep an eye out for that and we can’t wait to catch up with you!

Hey everyone!
We’ve been a bit quiet here because we’ve been busy packing up the house ready to move! One week today and we’ll be in the new place, ready to take you along on our renovation adventures 🏡
We’re really excited for this next chapter (don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about the van, he’s just having to have a break for a little bit!) and hope you are too! You’ve seen us converting the van…wait until we’re let loose on a whole house 😁
Andy is currently hard at work on the next video, and looking thrilled about it 😂 give him some encouragement in the comments 🤪

We’re Andy and Sophie and last year we made the decision to work on changing our lives for the better. We’d grown tired and weary of the rat race, only living for the weekend or looking forward to a holiday once a year, so we made a plan to start working on projects to improve our lives.
Our first adventure is converting our camper van, Ray, with the hope it’ll provide us the ability to find new life adventures.
