Stories in Transit is about inspiring stories and inspiring moments of sharing. With an intentional focus paid towards an unpatronizing, postcolonial point of view, Stories in Transit aims not to impose, but rather to build communication and to eventually lead towards building friendships. In a world where being a refugee has been defined by instability, activities centered around play and togetherness can become a point of stability, a point of aggregation, similar to that of a water well. Despite the differences that exist between cultures, there are many points of contact that we focus on to create bonding via expression, via performance, and via creativity where there is a role for everyone.
