Outsourcing! What a mistake and a total waste of your money!!!! ⁠

That is a lie. Outsourcing is one of the most important things you can do in your business EVEN WHEN you are a spring chicken health coach.⁠

Most coaches feel resistant. ⁠

Most feel, "I need to make money to spend money."⁠

Over-delivery: you answering every, single question during a Q&A group call. 🤩⁠

Walked all over: your client messaging you at 3am (multiple times) asking why they aren't able to sleep and what you can recommend. 😳⁠

Social proof is pure f-cking GOLD for your business >> yet....you don't really have any?
