March 3rd is a special day as the first Kannada talkie movie( ಕನ್ನಡದ ಮೊದಲ ವಾಕ್ಚಿತ್ರ) Sati Sulochana was released on that day in 1934 and now it is 90 years since then. Also Chi Udayashankar was born on February 18th 1934 and now it is his 90th Birthday. Hence on March 3rd we from Swarasambhrama team are conducting a special musical event Kogile Haadide Kelideyaa ( ಕೋಗಿಲೆ ಹಾಡಿದೆ ಕೇಳಿದೆಯಾ) being Chi Udayashankar. We will be singing songs from Kannada movies penned by the great film lyricist Chi Udayashankar.
Singers
1.Dr. B. R. Suhas, Skin specialist, writer and freelance journalist in Kannada and English, singer, and photographer, fan of Rajkumar and SP Balasubramaniam
sings like Rajkumar, has performed in many shows.
2. Mohan Srigiripura, a Kannada lecturer and singer, fan of Rajkumar and sings like P B Srinivas, has performed in many shows.
3.Mohan Krishna, a very well known singer, famous for Rajkumar songs, has performed in many shows
4.B R Deepika, an engineer and works in marketing field, a melodious singer
5. Shailaja V, a well known singer from Impu Sangeeta Samsthe, has performed in many shows
6.Chinmayi Rao, a well known lead singer of LTIM music band and has received an award from the same, had performed in many shows.
Many songs of Dr.Rajkumar, PB Srinivas, SP Balasubramaniam, S Janaki etc will be sung.
Also few musical performances by Shadrach Solomon, a top keyboardist in Karnataka and a music director for few kannada movies.

ಚಿ.ಉದಯಶಂಕರ್ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರು ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿರಸ್ಥಾಯಿಯಾಗಿ ಉಳಿದಿದೆ.ಅವರು ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸೊಗಸಾದ ಹಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ! ನಿನ್ನ ನೀನು ಮರೆತರೇನು-ಸುಖವಿದೆ, ಯಾವ ಕವಿಯೂ ಬರೆಯಲಾರ, ಕೇಳದೆ ನಿಮಗೀಗ, ನಿನಗಾಗಿ ಓಡೋಡಿ ಬಂದೆ, ಕರೆದರೂ ಕೇಳದೇ, ಏನೇನೋ ಆಸೆ, ಶ್ರುತಿ ಸೇರಿದೆ ಹಿತವಾಗಿದೆ, ಸದಾ ಕಣ್ಣಲೇ ಪ್ರಣಯದ ಕವಿತೆ ಹಾಡುವೆ, ನೀ ಮುಡಿದ ಮಲ್ಲಿಗೆ, ಹೀಗೆ ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಒಂದು ಅಪೂರ್ವವಾದ ಮುತ್ತುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ!
ಈ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯರತ್ನರಿಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಗೀತಮಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಲು, ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವರಸಂಭ್ರಮ ತಂಡದಿಂದ ' ಕೋಗಿಲೆ ಹಾಡಿದೆ ಕೇಳಿದೆಯಾ ' ಎಂಬ ಗಾಯನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಚ್ ಮೂರರಂದು ವಾಡಿಯಾ ಹಾಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಜನಪ್ರಿಯ ಗಾಯಕ , ಹಾಗೂ ಸರೆಗಮಪ ಜ್ಯೂರಿ ಮೋಹನ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಪಿ ಬಿ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್ ಅವರ ಹಾಡುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಸರಾದ ಮೋಹನ್ ಶ್ರೀಗಿರಿಪುರ, ಇಂಪು ಸಂಗೀತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತ ಗಾಯಕಿ , ಹಾಗೂ ಆಕಾಶವಾಣಿ ಬಿ ಹೈ ಗ್ರೇಡ್ ಕಲಾವಿದೆ ಶೈಲಜಾ ವಿ, ಜನಪ್ರಿಯ ಗಾಯಕಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್.ಟಿ.ಐ.ಎಂ.ಬ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತೆ ಚಿನ್ಮಯಿ ರಾವ್, ನಾನು, ಹಾಗೂ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯ ಗಾಯಕಿ ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ದೀಪಿಕಾ ಅಂದು ಹಾಡಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಚಕ್ರವರ್ತಿ ಸುದರ್ಶನ ತಮ್ಮ ಮನಸೆಳೆಯುವ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ, ಹಾಗೂ ಚಿ ಉದಯಶಂಕರ್ ಅವರ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ಅಪೂರ್ವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಿಂದ ಶ್ರೋತೃಗಳನ್ನು ರಂಜಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
