💻 Last few weeks I am working on paid course "Laravel for Beginners".

🔥 I am very inspired by Mosh Hamedani's teaching skills and my intention is to create the best Laravel course for beginners which will be around 15 hours long. I don't want to create overwhelming course with every single details copying from the documentation.

🔥 The course will contain small and easy to digest videos, quizzes and challenges to make it fun and less boring.
We'll first learn the most fundamental topics, such as: routing, controllers, views and then start building a real world project...

🔥 If you are interesting and consider enrolling in the course when it is ready, I would love to see you in the waiting list. You will be the first one to know when the course is ready.

"Quit from YouTube! You are not good enough. YouTube does not need your boring long videos."
These are the thoughts I have in mind for last couple of days.

Looking at the statistics of my latest video "Build and Deploy Realtime messaging App" I have serious self doubts.

Maybe I should quit doing Laravel & PHP Projects?! Or maybe I should quit from YouTube completely.

I expected the video to be promoted by YouTube and would be my #1 watched video by last 48 hours statistics, but instead it is only getting 400 views a day.
YouTube is actually promoting it less and less even though it had the highest likes to views ratio in short amount of period.

If this video is not performing well and if it is not promoted by YouTube, I doubt the other videos which I have in my plans will perform better.

The decision is not made yet, but I have couple of options in my mind.

1. Create few more PHP & Laravel projects and observe and make final decision after it.
2. Stop doing PHP and Laravel Projects as there is no enough interest. At least YouTube makes me feel like that.
3. Pivot to JavaScript and do more JavaScript, React, next.js projects.
4. Just quit!!! I am doing this more than 5 years and I can't crack it.

These are just my thoughts which I wanted to share. I might quit or might not, but I want these thoughts to stay here...

If you have not check this video, I recommend to check it right now. At least first 5 minutes. You will find the demo and then you can add it to watch list to start building it when you have time for it.
Do me a favor and please share the video. 🙏

12 hours tutorial "Build and Deploy Real Time Messenger with Laravel & React" is pending...
I have been working on weekend but I am still editing last parts of the video and It will not be posted today.
I hope I can finish it today and have it ready for tomorrow.

If could not finish it today it will be posted next week because I am flying to London on AWS Dev summit tomorrow morning and I will not be able to edit and export 12 hours video on my work laptop.

Let's all hope that I can finish editing today. We all want this... 🤞 😀

🎉 New video coming on Monday. 🎉
😎 "Laravel 11 + React SaaS with Stripe Integration".

Some of the features of the project:
🔹Create features and charge credits to users by using these features.
🔹Control which features you want to publish on the website from the database.
🔹Assign number of required credits to each feature.
🔹Control how many free credits you want to give to a user upon registration.
🔹When user uses particular feature user's number of credits decrease.
🔹If the user does not have enough credits for particular feature the feature gets blocked.
🔹Full control of how many tiers of packages you want to show. How many credits each package should contain or what should be it's price.
🔹Implement buying more credits using Stripe.
🔹Track your feature usage history.
