Surgery Recovery Update: Thank you all for praying for Tom, Kevin’s dad. His recovery has been slow and he remains in ICU. He is in very good hands with the medical team and has family there supporting him. Please continue to pray for his recovery and for our family during this time. ~Sarah
Surgery update: Kevin’s dad’s surgery went well. Both the bypass and ablation went as planned. Overnight, he was able to come off the ventilator. Praise God for the hurdles he’s already overcome. He has a long road of recovery. Please continue to pray for him and our family. We are so thankful for you all who have been diligently praying!
Thank you to everyone who has been praying for my dad. His surgery is set for first thing tomorrow morning. We need to arrive early in the morning and the surgery should start between 8 and 8:30. It should last 4-6 hours. Please pray for him during this time and also for my mom. This is hard on her also. They celebrated 51 years of marriage this past January and as you can image they are looking forward to many more. Thank you again and we will try to keep you all posted as we can. God Bless you all. - Kevin

Hey, Everybody! We are working on a fun Q&A video. What questions do you have for us? Leave them below!
We had a VERY special weekend. We celebrated the marriage of our oldest daughter to a very special young man. Because all of our focus was on this most special time for them and our family and friends, we will not have a video out today, but plan to put one out Saturday. Praise God for this blessed day and we pray for His continued blessings to their marriage.
We have decided to take this week off from videos to spend time as a family, get a little R&R and just take a deep breathe before spring gets super busy. This will also be our oldest daughters last spring break at home from college before she gets married this summer! See you all next week!
Living Traditions Homestead is all about living a simple and sustainable way of life. We believe the world has gotten too “busy” and that people are missing out on many of the true blessings this world has to offer. We started as a small urban homestead in Gilbert, AZ and after the city grew up around us, decided it was time leave corporate America and take a big leap of faith by moving our family to the Missouri Ozarks.
We put out new videos every week! We hope you will become part of our homestead family by subscribing to our channel and watching as we give up the rat race and live simpler, more fulfilling life in the country.
