This was initially my diet diary vlog as I used to cook my own meals as much as possible and follow a flexi-pescatarian diet where I eat seafood, plant-based and sometimes chicken for my protein. The goal is to eat more fiber, and replace or eliminate refined sugar, white starches and dairy cravings with healthier options at a more affordable price.
Now I make vlogs of snippets of my daily when I can. I like keeping memories and I do this for my own entertainment mostly, and maybe yours too.. I hope you also enjoy my misadventures and somewhat chaotic but fun little big world. :)
