Just finished up some morning cardio.

I think, sometimes in the pursuit of lateness a lot of us forget why we got into Fitness and the joy of actually getting out there and getting moving. Walking and being a slightly higher body fat percentage has allowed me to push harder like I haven’t in a few years and I’ve really started to love learning to sweat again.
