Over 700 instructional videos from SBG Bury BJJ, a 7 day per week Jiu Jitsu and MMA, classes from 6am weekdays. We've offered Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blackbelt instruction for 9 years now and Straight Blast Gym MMA instruction since 2006. We also coach on Breathing methods and strength training using isometrics creating a holistic system for a strong mind and healthy body.
