We got A LOT of comments on the video we posted yesterday about our chicken who was hurt and neck wasnt looking good and why we did not put blue Kote on it to heal it. Since these birds are the chickens we will be raising for meat we do not want to take the chance to taint the meat with any chemicals or other toxic products. When I introduced the chicken back in I didnt see any pecking behavior after 10minutes and the chicken is basically all the way naturally healed and we are happy to not have to put any products on the chicken since it will be food for our fanily.
If this was an egg laying chicken we might have used something or if we saw pecking behavior we would have serperated it from the flock but we took the chance and it has worked out.

Got to enjoy a few days away from the farm where we could just sit back and relax. Just Chelsea, Nora and I as we celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary together. I owe so much to Chelsea for always sticking by my side through good times and bad and always being will to fight with me. Together i know we can accomplish great things as we both praise the Lord first and give it up to him and hopefully he can work through us. Thank you all as always.

I know that I can be at fault too many times following things that are too materialistic. I tell myself, " It's just for a few years, then i will slow down," or "It's for the kids." Time is too valuable to follow things that dont lead to true joy. Joy comes when you sit back, relax, and leave it in His hands.

Life is the one thing that you will never be able to catch, it's always going way too fast. I'm happy that I found someone like Chelsea who I'm okay with to stop chasing everything that the world has to offer and to just enjoy where we are at. What we have will someday be gone, so why not just enjoy what we truly love and sit back and watch the world instead of chase it.

Yesterday Chelsea and I maybe had our biggest day we have ever had together. Even with 4 beautiful births of our kids and being married, this day might have meant more. Yesterday we got to celebrate together our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We were baptized together and it was such an amazing feeling to be able to do it together and be connected on such a spiritual level. From today til the day we depart this life, we owe it all to Him and will follow where He wants us to go. It's easy to get caught up in the creations, but make sure you don't forget The Creator.
