Since my videos in Feb detailing how out of favor these sectors/assets were-Utilities are up over 13%, Gold is up over 14%....compared to VTI 1.8%. My RSPU and SGOL are doing great.

Currently the market has a very high Price/Book ratio (anytime it gets this high, it does not do well in the short-term). Staying invested, yet very cautious. Allocating more to t-bills.

Most recent purchases- DFIV, RWK, and SJM. A new video will be up soon detailing more.
