I’ve been MIA.
And here’s the truth: I’ve been deep in the trenches working on something that’s stretched me, grown me, and honestly, taken everything I’ve got; all while working full-time, doing ministry, mothering, "wife-ing", and sometimes just trying to remember to breathe.
I haven’t figured out how to do all the things at once (yet), and this season of writing, creating, and showing up fully for something that matters deeply... meant stepping back from showing up here.
But now, I’m back... and I’ve got something for you.

Hey friends,
I wanted to give you a quick update.
Some of you know I’ve been working on a series of videos about faith and mental health. These are topics that matter deeply to me, and I don’t take lightly the responsibility of talking about them.
But as I’ve been juggling my work, writing projects, and all the other responsibilities on my plate, I’ve realized I need to pause before continuing. Mental health is such a sensitive and important topic, and it deserves more prayer, research, and intentionality than I can give it right this moment.
Thank you for your patience as I take a little more time to prepare. My heart is to handle this with the care and depth it deserves.

The past couple of weeks have truly flown by! I’ve been deep in the work of my full-time job and pouring my heart into the final touches of my upcoming devotional. It’s ready—and I seriously can’t wait to share more with you soon!
This week, I’m pressing pause again on posting a new video, but I’ll be back next week with a message that has been so meaningful to me personally. It’s a topic that shaped my journey in a powerful way, and I’m praying it will do the same for someone else.
