Kim Shapira is a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist with a Master’s degree in Human Metabolism and Clinical Nutrition from Boston University. Kim did her undergraduate studies at Tulane University where she studied Exercise Science, Kinesiology and Psychology. She sees clients privately and in group settings where she uses her SIX SIMPLE RULES, which are the foundation for the Kim Shapira Method. Her first book, " This Is What You're Really Hungry For," was published through BenBella and Penguin Random and can be purchased anywhere books are sold. Kim’s mission is to help her clients heal their relationship with food while healing their bodies. She believes in treating your lifestyle as medicine.
