6 months ago, Flying Beast started ghee & honey business . But now, his business might be in trouble!

Recent controversies surrounding Gaurav Taneja a.k.a. Flying Beast cannot only effect his YouTube views, but can also harm his ghee and honey business.

Hereā€™s why I think so.

šŸ‘‰ The downside of creator led businesses is that they are too dependent on how the creatorā€™s content is performing. If their content isnā€™t getting views, their business isnā€™t getting customers.

šŸ‘‰ Flying Beastā€™s controversy with Dhruv Rathee and Peepal Farm has shown people how hypocritical he might be. This could have a direct impact on his views, and business.

šŸ‘‰ His brand ā€œBeastLifeā€ usually sells products at a much higher price than other established brands. Till now, people were trusting him for purity, but his downfall as a creator might pose serious threats to his sales.

In my latest video, Iā€™ve explained the potential downfall of his business is more detail.

Do check it out šŸ‘‡

Is a 500 Rs coffee from Starbucks worth it?

Over the years, Starbucks has become synonymous with coffee culture worldwide. They have done a tremendous comeback in India as well.Ā

But their success isnā€™t just about serving great coffee; itā€™s about a simple yet genius marketing strategy that taps into human psychology and consumer behaviour.

Starbucks charges at least 25% more than competitors, yet customers are willing to pay. Why?

The brand has successfully created an image of exclusivity and quality. By associating their products with luxury, they make consumers feel special for indulging.

Additionally, Starbucks has positioned itself as a cosy space between home and work, inviting customers to linger.Ā

This concept encourages people to spend time in their stores, making the price of a cup of coffee feel justified.Ā

Itā€™s not just about the drink; itā€™s about the experience.

Their marketing strategy is a masterclass in understanding consumer psychology and creating an emotional connection with the brand.

Any emerging Indian brand looking to position itself as ā€œpremiumā€ should take notes from Starbucks.

ā€œI cannot tell my business idea in public because then others might steal it.ā€Ā

Iā€™ve heard this line 100s of times.

To the people who think like this, Iā€™ve a simple question ā€” Are you planning to build a one-person business?

And even if you are and get successful in it somehow, what will you do if someone copies your idea and becomes your competitor?

No idea is original!Ā

Take BharatPe, for exampleā€”it launched after Paytm, which itself followed in the footsteps of PayPal.

This pattern is everywhere, and it highlights a crucial point: success often hinges on execution rather than originality.

šŸ‘‰ While Uber revolutionised ride-sharing globally, Ola adapted this model for India, tailoring it to local needs and preferences.

šŸ‘‰ Facebook was not the first social media platform, but its execution and user engagement strategies set it apart. Instagram took a similar approach by focusing more on visual content.

šŸ‘‰ Zomato started as a restaurant discovery platform, while Swiggy entered the market with a focus on food delivery. Both of them now have significant market shares.

The truth is, many ideas are inspired by existing concepts. The key lies in how you execute them, thatā€™s what truly differentiates one idea from another.

So next time you think about starting something new, remember: donā€™t get caught up in the quest for originality.Ā

Focus on how you can execute your idea better than anyone else! šŸŒŸ

Why are Millionaires leaving India?

In 2023 alone, more than 7,000 millionaires left the country.

The trend highlights a growing concern: why are so many of Indiaā€™s wealthy choosing to relocate?

See, thereā€™s no single reason for that.

1ļøāƒ£ Global Opportunities: Countries like US, UK and Australia offer better business environments, education and healthcare. You can only experience what Iā€™m saying once you travel abroad. Iā€™ve lived in Canada, and I can tell you that thereā€™s just no comparison in India & the above mentioned countries in taking care of its citizenā€™s basic needs.

2ļøāƒ£ Quality of Life: India is a developing country and in a decade, it might also develop world class infrastructure. But currently, Indiaā€™s living standards are far lower than that of US, Canada and Australia.

3ļøāƒ£ Taxation and Regulations: 2 months ago, we witnessed massive hue and cry over the increased taxes. The finance minister chose to not comment at all. These high taxes and complex regulations in India are discouraging for entrepreneurs. So many of them chose relocation instead of suffering.

While India is a land of immense potential, addressing these challenges is crucial to retaining its brightest minds.

I would like to hear your ideas on how India can too create an environment where wealth creators thrive?
