I recently did a 42km run without any prior training. 3500m D+-. How was this possible? I believe that it’s due to changes that I’ve made to my sleep & eating regime. I thank my incredible roommate for her guidance through my ongoing health transformation. I’m only starting to realise what I’m capable of, as I gradually approach optimal health.
