A sweet little trip down memory lane for us this Pride Month 🌈
A question for you all. What does Pride Month mean to you?
For us it is multi faceted. It's a celebration of our community, a time of gratitude for those who came before us and fought so that we could have the freedoms we are now so privileged to enjoy, and a reminder that the fight is not over. Not all members of the LGBTQIA+ community have been afforded the same freedoms. We continue to and will always stand up for the rights of our trans friends around the world. Trans rights are humans rights. 🏳️⚧️ ❤️

Our hearts are overflowing with joy to share the news of the early arrival of our little sweetheart, Emily Joan. Emily joined us at 37 weeks and 5 days at 12:58am on May 12th 2024, our first and surely most dramatic Mother’s Day. After a pretty challenging but very beautiful labour our baby ended up being delivered via c-section to the sweet and calming tunes of Ludovico Einaudi, weighing 3.76kg and measuring 51.5cm long. Claire is a bit sore but completely well and baby Emily is perfectly healthy and CUTE. Both Mummas are over the moon and completely in love 🥰🥰🥰💞💞💞

We're a couple of gay Mums, Nina McCann and Claire Sara. We got married in 2021 and we have just had our first baby. On this channel we're sharing our parenting journey as a same sex couple and have been sharing our journey to becoming parents via IVF in the hopes of connecting with other LGBTQIA+ people/families who are on the same path, and the folks who love them. What a beautiful thing to be living in a time and a place where love wins. We look forward to raising our family in an increasingly inclusive world and always doing our very best to lead with love, kindness, compassion and respect.
