I am a musician, songwriter and visual artist from Latvia who sings, play flutes and percussions. In my sonic creations, I combine elements of world music, a modern touch of electronics, the colorfulness of polyphony and, underneath everything, a rich rhythm. Also, I use field recordings - sounds of nature, environmental ambiences, as well as percussive elements from household items. I am mostly inspired by nature and the original cultures of different people around the world, where the connection with nature has usually been much closer than that of today's modern man.
During my 15 years of stage experience, I have participated in studio recordings, performances in various music, culture, art, film, esoteric and spiritual projects and festivals in Latvia and abroad as a solo artist and in various bands, collaborating with other talented musicians.
