OFFICIALLY LAUNCHING A BRAND NEW SERIES (1 of 2)

A year ago I scaled my agency to $20K/mo and then shut it down.

After a year away with lots of new connections, lessons and clarity - I'm officially starting it back up and documenting the entire journey of creating this youtube SMMA content agency and scaling to $50K/mo

Episode 1 will be released soon! Stay tuned.

How to achieve results consistently and exponentially.

If you burn yourself out and are not consistent with activities & tasks, this is for you.

Instead of setting crazy ambitious weekly/daily tasks or pushing yourself beyond your limit, find the sweet spot.

This is the optimum point of operation for you. A flow state.

Example 1: šŸ‘‡

If you are 'pushing' yourself to create 4 videos a week and you're not enjoying it and not putting your full effort into it then you're past your optimum point of operation. You start to struggle being consistent and burn out.

Instead, scale back and create 2 videos a week. Videos that you put careful effort and thought into and that deliver value + that doesn't rush you but still keeps you consistent.

Example 2: šŸ‘‡

If you're quite beyond your weight at the gym, that's still good but are you optimizing for posture, endurance and performance? Are you able to stay consistent at a crazy weight like that? If not, that's how you get injured or burnout.

If you scaled to your optimum performance point then you would be able to consistency climb weight while building posture and endurance. Things that really matter and are hard to develop.

Example 3: šŸ‘‡

Are you setting overly ambitious daily routine tasks like reading 100 pages a day? You'll know if you are if you start to rush through the books, not enjoy it and retain little information.

Instead, scale back to 50 pages and focus on understanding each sentence, pausing to reflect and digest the information and allow yourself to slow your pace to really absorb the information. That's when you start to actually understand concepts and remember what you read.

All in all...

Optimizing for your peak performance state of where you CURRENTLY are is the best thing you can do. You hit peak efficiency. As you continue to do this, your output, weight, results start to increase and compound.

Try and think of something that's burning you out or that you're pushing way too hard and optimize for YOU.
