I was born and raised in Philippines, grew up poor with no running water or electricity and barely surviving at times with little to no food. With prayers and believing I will have a better life, I had the opportunity to move to America when I was 19 years old...moving to America changed my life!
Now I am a mom who is a big supporter of her kids...wishing she had the opportunity growing up to play sport and other opportunities when she was in the Philippines.
I also want to change people perspective of what a woman and man can do, that we are not bound to a typical role. We can be anything what we chooses to become!
