Welcome to Cross the Pond Eastbound 2024! Our transatlantic routing is taking us from Newark Liberty (KEWR) in New York to Schiphol (EHAM) in Amsterdam in the PMDG 777-300ER
With a flight time a little over 6 hours there will of course be some fun activities and giveaways!

Wow! Over 2700 people voted for my Cross the Pond ride! A close battle but the Boeing 777 has come on top!
As mentioned in the previous poll if the 777 was the winner there would be a subsequent poll to decide if we take the Flight Factor 777-200ER for XP12 or PMDG 777-300ER for MSFS
The choice is yours! Final count will be taken Monday at 12:00z!

Good day one and all!
Pleased to announce I have a slot for Cross the Pond Eastbound 2024 on Saturday 19th October! Routing will be Newark Liberty Intl (KEWR) to Amsterdam (EHAM)!
The only thing that is left to do is for you guys to choose my ride. As YouTube limits polls to only 5 choices I've chosen 5 awesome aircraft capable of the journey.
So the question is do you guys want me to suffer in the Airbus A330? See me sweat in the x3 crewed 742? Fly the iconic MD11 Tri-Jet? MAX out the range of the B38M or should we venture out and take the 777 CTP for the first time!?
Note - If the 777/MD11 comes on top there will be a further vote to decide which aircraft you'd like me to take!

Despite being a Boeing rated pilot I have a fondness for everything Airbus and we have a lot of fun flying them on the channel! ToLiss are renowned for creating well modelled Airbus addons for X-Plane 12.
Toliss have recreated the A330 Neo variant (A330-900) and we’ll be testing things out on a sector from Daytona Beach (KDAB) to Atlanta (KATL), the home of Delta who are the largest A330 operator.
Please Note – The Toliss Airbus A330-900 is still in Beta and approaching early access and still an active WIP. The aircraft as seen during stream is not representative of the final product.

Join me LIVE at 15:00 BST as we battle Hurricane Milton, one of the most powerful storms to form in recent years, as it passes over Florida!
We’ll be flying the early access version of the iFly 737 Max.
Departing from Miami (KMIA) where the winds have subsided but are still quite strong, we'll be routing to Daytona Beach Intl (KDAB). Daytona Beach at the time of writing is experiencing gusts up to 76kts, the highest winds at any airport on the planet right now!

Check out out our first ever Virtual 737 Max! I have logged a little over 300 hours on the 737 Max series, I’d like to thank the team at Flight One Software for given early access to the the iFly 737 Max 8.
Whilst my 1st stream is not a formal review, I have been given free rein to give opinions and observations of their aircraft. We’ll be conducting a test sector from London Stansted (EGSS) to Dublin (EIDW)

The Colimata Concorde has received a much-needed update which brings several improvements and fixes. The updates include A/P refinement (now has a a fully working Autoland system), CIVA v2 compatibility, improvement to the FM, systems, cockpit and many more.
Alpaca Airways has leased an old British Airways Concorde and got it running again! We’ll be testing things out at Mach 2 on a sector from Los Angeles (KLAX) to Honolulu (PHNL), a flight which usually takes 5 ½ hours! Let’s see what we can do it in, stream starts Friday at 16:00 BST!

We’re going to test the aircraft (and myself!) as we fly in the Columbian mountains between two high elevation airports, Bogota (SKBO) and Bucaramanga (SKBG), using nothing but conventional navigation and luck! See you there!

An avid flight simmer in my youth I'm now a Training Captain/Examiner and Instructor flying the Boeing 737 NG and Max. I have logged over 6500 hours on the 737 and over 1500 sim hours as a TRE/TRI.
I have used desktop simulators since 2002 and they're a fantastic tool to supplement flight training.
