Hey Roamers!
Today’s video is for all of you who are planning to do the Pan American Highway. We haven’t learned everything, but we have learned some things during our year and a half of Pan Am prep. What good is knowledge if it’s not passed on? So we thought it would be good to pass on what we know and we’ll continue to do so as we travel south through central and South America.
We’re still working away at getting our next big travel video together, expect to see that next weekend.
Thanks to all of you for being here, we appreciate all of you!
Keep on roamin!✌🏼

Today’s video is a little bit different, a little more short form. It’s a passion piece that has come from years of driving and contemplating the ever changing values of the overland community. It comes from the heart and I hope it encourages some people.
We’re moving our way through the United States and working on a really big project for all of you to enjoy. Until then, keep on roamin’ and we’ll see you at 4PM PST!🙌🏻

Hey there Roamers!
Meg and I are currently making a ‘quick’ pass through the US on our way to Mexico. This means that we’re traveling quickly and not making as many side quests as we usually do. I’m working on a video that will show the entirety of our three weeks from the Canadian border to Phoenix Arizona. This of course means that I need to three weeks to shoot video, so I’m doing my best to have videos prepared in the interim.
To maintain our weekly posting schedule, we’ll be featuring a recap video of our entire trip north through British Columbia earlier this summer. If you recently joined and haven’t seen all of those videos, of if you have a hankering to rewatch some of those adventures, this will be a perfect opportunity to sit down with some pop corn and beverage and enjoy the beauty of our favourite province in Canada.
Thanks to all of you who have recently begun following our journey and an extra special thank you to all of you have watched, commented and supported us for the long haul. We hope all of you are well and enjoying this weekend. See you at 4PM PST!✌🏼
Keep on Roamin’!

Holy Heck!!!
Roamers, we just hit 20k subscribers!!!
It was around 2.5-3 years ago that I (Alex) decided to start a YT channel. I said, “I’ll just let it grow organically,” quickly realizing how much work organic growth is. Keeping this channel on track with what I started off with (a love for nature, exploring, overland and authenticity) and not pivoting into something else for more views has been an ethos that we have worked hard to maintain and I personally think that we are really starting to find our groove. 20,000 people who have chosen to follow along on our journey affirms that hard work. A HUGE thank you to everyone who has either been with us for a long time or just hopped on the wagon recently, we both greatly appreciate you being here with us. Here’s to the next 10k and countless adventures in between! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Hey, we're Alex and Megan, the Slow Roamers. We're all about diving headfirst into life, chasing experiences that make it pop. Our secret? Embracing tiny living to unlock a larger-than-life existence. Our cozy home? An old delivery van affectionately named Betty. Together, we're exploring the Americas.
Alex feels most alive in wide, open spaces. He's a master at not just exploring but also building things, especially vehicles that help him reach those picture-perfect vistas.
Megan has tasted the corporate life, decided it wasn't her jam, and opted for something much more mouthwatering. Food is her love language, and cooking is her art form.
As for Betty, she's no ordinary van. A 2WD Chevy Express 2500 turned into an off-road champ. We're all about pushing limits, testing Betty's mettle, and seeing just how far her wheels can take us.
We're the Slow Roamers, our gig is about wide horizons, scrumptious eats, and unraveling the essence of the Americas.
