I started on my healing journey by going through therapy sessions & coaching sessions a few years back. This channel will focus on how I began my healing journey from past trauma while showing my progression. I have discovered that I'm a Highly Sensitive Person or HSP & that I’m an Empath. I am proud to be both & would like to share my experiences throughout my healing journey. I would like to connect with fellow Empaths & HSP's on a similar path in life. We can grow together and heal one another as we look onward to happy, healthy lives.
