Hey everyone! I hope you’re taking care of yourself and those around you. I’ve been sharing some on my Instagram Stories, but haven’t been posting videos so I wanted to talk with you here.
Black Lives Matter. I’ve stepped back from posting my regular stuff this past week to make room for the voices of Black people and the important conversations happening about systemic racism. If you’re looking for ways to help or educate yourself, this is a great place to start: blacklivesmatters.carrd.co/
These are deep rooted issues and they certainly can’t be solved in a week, but I do feel like an important shift is happening. I’ll be posting videos again soon, but that doesn’t mean that these conversations are over or that these problems have been solved. We have a long way to go. I hope that we can use the energy we have here in our little corner of the internet to do some good.
