Imma be so real with yall, I have the ACT tomorrow and I didnāt practice enough. So the videos have been slow this week because of that. But after the test is done tomorrow, Iāll be back to making videos at a similar rate. Summer is also coming up, and thatās when daily uploads will hopefully be back. (For the 2 people that read these). I have been focusing more on school recently and I need to make sure I do that first. I think now would be a good of a time as any to say that I have a Tiktok account. I donāt use the app that much, but I will be uploading to there as well as Youtube. Donāt worry, Youtube is still the primary way to watch my videos and all videos are at least somewhat made with it in mind.
Iām also turning this channel into a parody of Tiktok/YouTube mixed into the music reviews to help make my content more engaging. I know that Tiktok isnāt a great platform for reviewing (which is why Iām still mainly Youtube). But I do get benefits from working on Tiktok. Some positives of both:
-On Tiktok, I donāt need to worry about when I upload or how much I upload.
-on Tiktok, I can reach more people in a shorter amount of time.
-on Youtube, more people that watch are inclined to subscribe because of the nature of the website.
-on Youtube, I get a more in depth analysis of my content so I can change it to fit what viewers want.
-on Youtube, I get more freedom. Even if the videos are limited to a minute, I have never had trouble saying what I want to or making the video I want to make on Youtube.
-on Youtube, I can build an audience to switch over to long format videos later, which is the goal alongside short form videos.
This is not a switch, but rather a way to expand my audience. Youtube is my home, now and forever. Thank you! ā¤ļø
