new update: so i've installed windows 10 1909, but it turn out tat didnt fix anything, so instead i started using teamviewer , but i have 2 monitors and my pc has none hooked up to it, and teamviewer just shows what the pc i doing at that moment, instead of remote desktop which makes a user enviroment made specially for remote desktop, so i switched and turns out the quality is actually better tan remote deskop. there is almost no delay, its just that you will see some chopiness when the screen is moving. so that way the oculus app works because it is not running in a remote desktop enviroment. i just got a pop up at the time of writing this that my session is in timeoout, i clicked cancel and im continuing to write this. i just got done livetreaming, although i couldn't gather many people, since i haven't livestreamed in a while.
update: i got remote access working with microsoft remote desktop, until the oculus app got an error saying cant reach oculus services, turns out microoft remote desktop was using its own display adapter, so i went into group policy and enabled the GPU and drivers, until i realized gpu on remote desktop will only work on windows 10 1903, 1909 and 2004, so i'm downloading an iso and i'll update you again today or tommorow about what happened.
i've been rearranging my pc and networking setup, im moving my pc downstairs so i can connect directly to ethernet, that way i can get faster speed for virtual Desktop meaning i can finally stream, i tried yesterday and It failed miserably: the bitrate was too low, my oculus account wouldnt connect, too much lag, my monitor wouldn't change to vertical orientation, my OBS was broken, it was a huge mess. i've relocated my PC downstairs under a desk, it will be staying there connected with power to PSU, ethernet to my router and ethernet to my sibling PC, which will be the remote access PC to my main PC, i'll find a way to connect it (i haven't found a solution for that yet) but the most ideal is VNC. btw my sibling PC is upstairs connected to a powerline ethernet adapter, which is routing to downstairs plugged into my pc with a USB to ethernet adapter, and on my pc i've enabled internet sharing so i atleast have a network connection. that powerline adapter is what was causing that mess of a stream, since It "claims" to run at 200MBPS Max, although it's network speed was 8MBPS, and i know its not my network cable since its Cat 6a, but now that my pc is downstairs i dont need much Network speed for my sibling PC since i will only be using it for remote access, btw my new network speed on my pc is 350MBPS (according to Ookla speed test. about my router and modem, i was thinking about routing a ethernet wall port, although id have to drill ATLEAST 20 holes in the wall and my parents wont be too happy about that, so i thought maybe i could move my router upstairs to my room, although my modem needs to be plugged into a fiber optical outlet, and my house only has one of those. there is a half broken coaxial Port in the other room, although i dont think there's any coaxial to fiber optical (laser) adapters, plus id still have to drill a hole in the wall to pass the cable through. my house doesn't have any Network closet or panel in our house, we just have the router and modem laying on the table, plugged into this rectangle closed box, which outputs the fiber optical, theres another box next to it, i have no idea what It even is, but there is a cable with an angled adapter with a phone cable to phone cable adapter. i have no idea what It is. then theres another cutout rectangle which leads to inside the walls, and next to THAT theres another small panel, It has no ports, no cables, nothing. Its just a panel im kinda curious to see whats inside lol. anyway back to the PC stuff, im gonna be installing windows 8.1 since its my favourite OS, It has less bloatware, its more stable than windows 10, and its still supported by lots of apps, except Oculus. screw you meta. idk what else to say heres the specs for the sibling PC ig:

im sorry for not updating in a while, i just cant find the right time. im just setting up everything in my new PC and trying out different OSes i could use, of course it always ties back to windows 10 and 11, since im tied to the Oculus PC app becasue of gtag cosmetics, if only there was some way to get my cosmetics on steamVR so i can finally get rid of shitdows 10 and 11

PC is built! the CPU cooler arrives fine, put on the thermal paste and now its running fine! the cooler also has some RGB, althoigh It doesn't really go well with the build so i've turned them off, but otherwise running pretty cool at 31Β° on idle! also im planning on upgrading the GPU from gtx 1050 to a 980 (yes i did say upgrade) but the only problem is my PSU doesn't have any PCI-E cable and It isn't modular, so ill have to buy a new PSU, but then im out of money to ve able to buy It. the GPU is from a Seller on Facebook market place for 70β¬, but i only have 75β¬, so ill either have to borrow some extra money for a PSU, or i can do It the janky and ugly way: i can get around 3 other PSU's i have lying around and connect it to the GPU, its a stupid idea but it might work. i also might be recieving my YouTube Paycheck soon, so i'll have some extra money so i can buy a new PSU, so my plan is:
1. message the seller ask if they can ship it pay them blablabla
2. keep it laying around waiting for my Paycheck
3. accumulate some money and buy a new PSU
4. replace my PSU put it in my PC blablabla
