Deadlock ranks distribution before and after the recent badge distribution adjustment

After this weeks placement, I now have proof that Deadlock's rank system is absolutely broken
I only played 12 games last week, went 5-7, but something is off - especially if you play in a very wide roster. (ive been playing all 22 heroes for a challenge).
After briefly skimming through the stats it's obvious that all random heroes is HARD GRIEFING. Not only because it's difficult to do so, but because the system rigs the game against you.
The system seems to love putting me on the worst heroes in the game, moreso than it ever puts me on good heroes when I do so.
Whether that's because Valve needs data on those heroes, or my hero based matchmaking is kicking in, or if it's a numbers game because bad heroes have a lower pickrate - remains to be known. But I doubt it's related to pickrate, since
During these 10 games of all random heroes, I only got to play a hero with 50% winrate or higher 2 times. For the rest of the 8 games, I only played heroes with lower than 50% winrate. In half of those games, I played the two worst heroes in the game
But despite having the lowest winrate, infernus has a average pickrate of 69%. Why would I get a hero with such a high pickrate if it only gave me low pickrate heroes?
This week only reinforced what I've been thinking all along. Narrow your roster down to your best heroes with carry potential, and your rank will skyrocket. If you have bad heroes on your roster, it will only weigh you down. Especially in higher ranks, where your draft and hero picks mean your game is decided before it even begins.
