Why donât they like going to the temple? This is a question that I asked myself for years. It was a place that I felt peace and joy and refuge from the clutter of the outside world. How could anyone not like it? Now, after four years of deconstruction, I realize that there were many things that I did not see from the inside. Now further understanding how impacted women are by the narcissistic framework of the church, which often compels husbands to control their family in a similar (abusive) manner⌠And these women were asked to BOW their head and covenant to obey him. It makes my stomach turn to think about that now. And consider this: That covenant was asked of us by Elohim, God, the father. And no less, in front of âGod angels and witnesses.â How much did this impact you?
